4. Professional Qualifications and Responsibility
IV DRIPS THERAPY acts as an intermediary, ensuring that all nurses providing services through our platform have passed a verification process that includes validation of their license and professional registration in Mexico, verified experience, and training in standardized protocols for the proper administration of intravenous therapies.

Our role is to ensure that healthcare professionals have the necessary training and guidelines for the correct delivery of therapy. To maintain compliance with established protocols, IV DRIPS THERAPY conducts ongoing audits and evaluations, as well as quality supervision through patient surveys, to verify that professionals continue to provide services in accordance with our standards.

However, IV DRIPS THERAPY is not present during the actual administration of the service, and therefore cannot be held responsible if the nurse does not apply the protocols correctly. The clinical execution and outcome of the procedure are the exclusive responsibility of the nurse as an independent contractor.

5. Cancellations
In the event that the patient cancels the nursing service after the nurse has already commenced travel and at least twenty (20) minutes of the journey have elapsed, the patient agrees to be responsible for paying fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the requested service.

Likewise, in situations where the service cannot be carried out due to causes beyond the company’s or the nurse’s control—such as denial of access to the designated residence, hotel, or other facility, or any impediment caused by the patient—it shall be deemed a cancellation attributable to the patient. In such cases, the obligation to cover fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the service shall also apply.

6. Patient Consent
By requesting and receiving intravenous therapy services through IV DRIPS THERAPY, the patient acknowledges that they have been informed about the nature of the therapy, potential risks, and procedures involved. The patient expressly consents to receive the therapy under these conditions.

7. Hygiene and Safety Standards
All therapies provided through IV DRIPS THERAPY are carried out in accordance with applicable health regulations and standardized nursing practices to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality of care.

8. Service Documentation
IV DRIPS THERAPY maintains records of all therapies provided, including verification of professional credentials, protocol compliance, and patient feedback, to ensure traceability and compliance with established standards.

9. Limitation of Liability
IV DRIPS THERAPY will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

10. Changes to the Terms
